Welcome to Stoke Lodge Primary School

School shut down arrangements with effect from 20th March due to Coronavirus

Due to Coronavirus the school is currently closed however here is some useful information to support you until we reopen.

The Trust emergency hotline phone number is active: 01454 822101 and should be the only phone number you need to use during this period.  It is for Olympus families to report/ask anything related to the public health crisis.  The phone will not be staffed but if you leave a voicemail with details of your concern, which school your child attends and your contact details, someone will get back to you.  This number should also be used to leave messages about children’s absence for all Olympus schools during this period.  The Trust e-mail address is: so please also make use of that if you have a general query or concern or if you are unable to contact your child(ren)’s school directly.  It is being monitored every day.

 Safeguarding Concerns

For all Olympus primary parents and carers, the phone number for you to contact about safeguarding concerns is 01454 822122.  You will need to leave an answerphone message and it will be closely monitored from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.  If you phone the number outside these hours, there is a message with instructions about what to do and who to contact.  There is also a safeguarding e-mail address for all Olympus primary parents and carers if you prefer to e-mail rather than phone:  This will also be closely monitored from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

(This will be monitored throughout shutdown)
